Expired passport with valid HSMP Visa

Hi

I have my passport expired and has valid HSMP visa.

I have new passport but no visa stamp.

Do i have to transfer my visa from old passport to new?

OR

It is ok to have visa in old passport and carry new passport when i got for ILR this month ?

you need to carry both the passports and they will stamp the visa on the new passport

Yep. I quite liked carrying around my two passports while traveling (the first 10-year one had a lot of history in it for me).
