No explaination for an existing valid U business visa

No explaination for an existing valid U business visa

I already have a business visa and I have applied for Tier 1 General (main applicant) but i dint give any explanation for the existing valid UK business visa. Will that be a problem ?

Did you apply from UK or from your home country?

Were you supposed to give information in VAF form if yes why did you not give the information?
