Express application processing?

Hello, does anyone know if there are any express application processing options available?

If so how do i choose them? I'm currently at the stage of draft application for Tier 2 general.

Sadly my last application was declined as my workplace gave me an unrestricted CoS instead of restricted :/
My last one took 5 days in transit to Manila - 5 days to decide - 5 days in transit back to me. Hoping for anything quicker, don't mind how much it costs! :-)

For anyone interested i couldn't find anything googling although when i went to the Brisbane VFS centre there was an express option for $190 extra, they've told me it will take 3-7 working days. Fingers crossed
