Extending Tier 2 GAP

My Tier 2 (General) visa expired on 14 Feb, and my employer (same employer) promised me an another job. The new job is from Mid April/May 2016 and the CoS for that job will be made available to me only at the end of March (i guess!), after satisfying the RLMT.

So, it is clear that i cannot apply to extend my stay within the 28 days of grace period.

In this situation, kindly suggest me any possible ways to extend my stay in the UK till i get my CoS.
