Hope you guys can advise me on my case since I couldn't find any post here that is similar to my situation.
I'm currently under employment (T2 General) with Company A, and has been with them for the last 3 months. The scope of work is a lot more different than what I initially expected and I was getting frustrated. But suddenly my dream job, Company B comes back to me with a graduate scheme job offer that will last for 5 years up until I get my Chartered Engineer status.
Since it's changing from T2G to T2G, they have completed the RLMT, but problem is -- they are unwilling to proceed with my application because when my visa expires in 3 years, I will no longer fall under a "new entrant" category and they will have to pay me on "experienced" rate, which is £32,500 (subjected to further increment since we're talking about 3 years into the future). The job type is 2123 Electrical Engineer.
Company B is would not be able to pay me at this grade, since it wouldn't be fair to the other graduate employees... My question is, what are the possible solutions?
Also, what's the definition of "experienced worker"? I found this quote:

Does this mean that I can apply for T2 visa then extend for 3 years to still qualify for the "new entrant" salary band?
PS: I would still eventually need 5 years continuous working years to get ILR. Thanks in advance -- really feeling a bit lost here!
