Extension of my wife Dependent - Skilled Worker after receiving ILR and British Citizenship

Hi Everyone,

Background:
- Come to the uk on a tier 2 visa in Nov-2016
- Got my ILR in 2021
- Got my Citizenship in 2022
- Got married in 2020
- Brought my wife as a Dependent on my skilled worker visa starting 2021

Issue:
I need to renew my wife's dependent visa as it expires in may 2025

Question:
1. In the application form I will get asked for my COS and sponsorship details, can i simply provide my latest skilled worker visa details? (knowing i am no longer on a skilled worker visa anymore) to extend the visa? I do not want to change her visa type so that i don't loose her 5 year route to ILR which should be end of 2025.

2. What is the last application number I can use as her reference? Can i use my ILR application reference?
