Extension of Post study work permit

I have my visa extension in June 2012 and i couldn't find any employer to sponsor me. could anyone advice me what should i do ? any new rules coming for psw extension?

Tier 1 (PSW) leave cannot be extended.

tier 2 is the 'natural' progression from psw, in most cases
