extension query

Hi All,

I am in tier 1 entrepreneur 50k category partnership and my visa is due for extension in October 2017 . Currently company is running in huge loss due to huge loss my business partner is planning to switch to other category but stays as director. We have already invested 50k and created 2 full time jobs, My concern is, am I eligible to go for extension alone and what additional documents I need to produce.
Any valuable suggestion is highly appreciated.

Both your applications are treated independently.
So, yes, you are eligible to go for the extension alone.
There is not much additional documents needed. You may just want to add the background in the cover letter.
