extension refused on maintance funds

hi
i just apply my visa extension on 30/03/2010. and when i go their visa officer ask me to provide 28 consective dat statement i said i donot have 28 consective days because i pay my two year fee in advance and i have identity theft and some one took my money from money gramme international. i report this matter to police and money grame as well i got their refrence number as well and i have my guardian statemnt with affedavits of sponcer he is my real uncel but he refused me now i am going to put appeal against his decision and other thing my friend he applied for extension one day before me and he even donot have 28 days statement but he got visa with one day balance certificate. can any body tell me what my chance to get visa from court.
