Extension of Spouse Visa visa delay

Please am new here and seeking advice as I believe it’s long overdue.

My wife applied for extension of spouse visa in October 2019 and up till now 22nd of March 2021 we have not heard anything back from the home office.

Each we ring their service Centre they send a generic email saying the case is with a case worker.

Please any advice will be appreciated as we are first rated now with the whole process

You could contact your MP and provide the relevant details. Your MP's office will then contact the Home Office and revert back to you with the response they receive from the HO.
