Extension of a Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Visa

Dear all,
I hold a Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Visa which was issued on the 14th of November 2013 from overseas.
My visa expires on the 14th of November 2014 and I want to know if I can apply for an extension outside the UK.
If it is impossible to apply overseas and as I am travelling a lot in the upcoming days, can I use a Premium Service Centre (PSC) for an extension of a tier 1 graduate entrepreneur visa?
Can anyone help me please?
