extension of visa to five years of continuous employment

Post by min » Fri Nov 04, 2011 6:26 pm

hi friends,

i was issued tier 2 - general visa on 13th January 2009. my contract has been extended and i have recieved my certificate of sponsorship. i have travels plans and am planning to apply for extension of two years immediately.

will it affect my chances of ILR if i apply for visa extension in mid November 2011, which will take me upto mid-November 2013 and result in a gap of few weeks in terms of five year term required.

please help!
