Extention on DLR

Hello, my name is Joseph. last month I have applied to extend my DLR which ended on 4th of July last week. I want to know how long it takes for Home Office to issue me another DLR? I'm worried because they did not take out £650 from my mum's bank account that then wanted for the application. I have been in this country for nearly 14 years now and I'm afraid that my application will be refused.
