Post by coolwater » Fri Aug 27, 2010 9:49 pm

Hi everybody,

Has anyone got De Facto relationship visa renewed recently? I just wondering what documents did GNIB required for renew this Visa, and how many years is the visa last for? Thanks a mill!

hi coolwater, by the way how long it took for your first decision to come through? one of my colleague applied for his spouse, he is still waiting to get anything from INIS even though they had 3 kids together. i assume you pretty much submit the same docs as you submit with a spouse of eu/irish national or what you submitted first time. is this de facto with irish or eu i assume documentation requirements be a wee bit different.
