De Facto Visa, EUTR1A

I have submitted the EUTR1A application form on 24th Mar, 2022, but not yet receive acknowledge letter or Temporary Stamp4. My IRP will be expired at end of May. Just wonder if anyone has an idea how long it takes to get the temporary stamp 4 after submitting the application? Is there any way to speed up the process?
