I am a new member .I applied on 17th of march and Payment deduct 22nd of march and still waiting. Any body can tell me about the decision.

kau1978 - I deleted your other post on the subject. I don't think it's helping anyone, including yourself, to post rhetorical questions along the lines of "I am tired of waiting, how long will it take?"

you do not have any other option than waiting. Be patient, Everybody agrees that they have slowed down their pace. If your payment deduction is done on 22nd then why don't you e-mail them and ask them your ref. No. and the status of application. There is nothing wrong in it. You should get a immediate response.
