my application was not granted, but i have get married to a romania wife for one year how can process my application

If you can return to your country, apply for a spousal visa and return.
As already posted today, it took one person less than a week and that persons immigration history was not good

why do you have to generalised individual circumstances, because mr A travel to Ghana and got it with no problem and that has given you the illusion that mr B should also travel and apply for spouse visa, try not to mislead people. But is Romania not part of EU now? cant the op apply for residence card in uk? if the sponsor is exercising treaty right in UK.

As a Romanian citizen your wife has to have worked in the UK for a minimum of 12 months before she is entitled to RC.
You do not give any info about your wife
