This link show the assessments used by UKBA when determining asylum applications from any particular country. If they say that you could live elsewhere in your country than the place you say you fled from, it is based on this information:-

Unless you can show particular circumstances why you may be in danger in other parts of your country then their decision is likely to be upheld. If you don't already know what those circumstances are, it's a little difficult for third parties on a public forum to advise you what stories to tell.
You also asked separately about the chances of getting a visa to travel to another country now you've been refused asylum. If you're actually still in the UK as an asylum refusal, your chances of applying within the UK are absolutely nil. If you want to travel somewhere else, you need to go back to your own country first.
