Is it possible to extend EUFam residence when the EU spouse becomes Irish?

The fact that an EU National gets naturalised does not affect any existing EU Treaty Rights that they have.

There is no ‘renewal’ though, unless you are referring to the renewal of your permanent residence permit.

As an non-EU family member, you spend the first 5 years on EU1 and then you get your permanent residence EU3. You can then renew your EU3 every 10 years without any other conditions.
