family based imigration sons over 21 years

Hi,

My parents are green card holders for USA .as me and my brother could not go with them as we were 21 above. i am married and my brother is not married yet .We, Currently we are in UK for the past 2 years.My question is

1 On what family based immgration should our parents apply for us to join them in US ?

2 How long it usually it will take or processing time to join our parents ?
