Family class applicant

Hi,
I applied for canadian immigration and they started the process on May 2002 (family class) from CIC Delhi.
Im a B.E (engg graduate) holder and working in IT as a Technical Architect.

Still now, I have not received any update from CIC delhi except for my file number.
1) Any timeline for the family class application?
2) We are blessed with a baby boy. To include him in the immigration, do I need to pay fees for it?
3) When I applied for canadian immigration, I had only 4 years of experience. Now do I need to update the CIC Delhi regarding my experience?

Please suggest me to expedite the immigration process
