Family help as a Parent help

My flrp is expiring in march 20. Can i apply now seeing that HO takes time(over 8weeks sometimes longer) to process the application. I was granted 2.5yr outside the immigration rules. I have 3british kids. 2boys and a girl. They live with my partner even though im very involved as well with their care.

Pls what documents will i need for this extension.
Can i apply using the premium service.
The first application was refused but the courts allowed my appeal.
This time i need advice how to project my case
