Hi there'
I'm a family member of EEA national ( 5 years rout ) going to apply for the ILR soon , the first 2 and half years i've worked for Uk companies and paid my tax normal then i have got a new possation at one of the high commissions in london and as i'm not EU national and not a british National i have recieved a letter from the the HMRC informing me that the earning i recieve afford exemption from the UK tax under section 301 ITEPA 2003 , infact i do paying the National insurance getting payslips and tax return letters from the HMRC .

So could you please advice me Is that ok to applying for the ILR ?

You don't qualify for ILR as this is relevant only to those under the UK Immigration Rules. You will be applying for PR which isn't a visa.

Most importantly as your sponsor, how is your EEA family member exercising their Treaty rights in the UK? Have they been employed during your 5 year qualifying period, or self-sufficient or studying with Comprehensive Sickness Insurance (CSI) :?:

What do you mean by 'tax return letters'?

Thanks a lot for your quick reply really appreciated, i can confirm that my wife exercising her treaty right in uk she working here for more thank 5 years and applying now for her PR , i got that letter from HMRC for my annual tax and how much i should pay !

You need to explain exactly what tax letters you are receiving from HMRC? Are these requests for you to submit an annual tax return?
