So you are prepared to marry this girl leading to a benefit of residence but have issues in regards to your joint responsibility towards her child? What responsibility do you believe you have and are you willing to take this on?

On the matter of your relatives they need to apply for visitor visas and must show relevant documentation pertaining to the marriage i.e. booked appointment at registrar office etc. Their intentions though remain paramount particularly 'returnability' to India i.e. what incentive do they have to go back - if they are young, unemployed they are statistically more likely to overstay a visa so won't get one. Appropriate levels of funding and accomodation taking into account the numbers travelling must likewise be demonstrated conclusively to the Visa Officer's satisfaction.

Review the forum for documentation required where you are the host to include local authority letter on property size, utility bills in your name as proof of residence and any tenancy agreement (to include landlord consent)/ mortgage deeds. Given the timelines to interviews in Mumbai and other EC posts plus the busy visa season coming up IMHO you may be hard stretched to get all your guests visas in time.
