Family members traveling before the main applicant

Post by Boom05 » Mon May 23, 2005 5:33 pm

Hello guys,

I am aware that the dependant on HSMP can enter UK after the main applicant must have arrived. Meanwhile, the HSMP visa for family says something like 'accompanying spouse' for wife and 'accompanying parents' for the children.

The question now is, can the dependant family members travel to the UK before the main applicant? or it has to be at the same time with the main applicant.

Moderators opinion highly needed! Thank you

For the first entry dependents may travel with or after the main applicant not before.
