Family Permit from Norway

Post by nasir637 » Wed Jul 15, 2015 4:33 pm

Hi all, i need some help regarding EEA family.
i am British Citizen working and living in Norway since 4 months my wife ( none eu ) joined me here last week using her C visa, my question is if we want to apply FP for Uk after how long we can apply, as i am exercising treaty rights for 4 months but my wife is here since last week so what is the best option and do we must need norwegian Resident card for her before applying FP or without resident card we can apply for FP. thanks very much.

Getting a norwegian Resident card for her may strengthen any future EEA family permit application.

I know it is a question which has no bearing on EU law, but have you transferred your centre of Life to Norway.
