Family reunion I haven’t mention my family in asylum claim

Post by Suhnin » Sat Dec 15, 2018 5:55 am

I got indefinite leave to remain with refugees status April 2018. I got refugee status at 2012 and I came uk from 2009 with student visa. I have a son ( now 13years old) before I came to uk. He lived with my aunt. I didn’t fill any applications in uk about my previous relationship.
Actually I got pregnant before marriage and family didn’t want to show the public. I married his dad only a few months and divorced before he was born. Before I didn’t apply the family reunion when I got refugees status because i’m scared they can revoke my status. Do I have any chance to get family reunion rule to bring my son?
I have evidence ( birth certificate, can do DNA, some photos when we were together, married certificates, divorced papers)
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks
