Family route 10 years

Hi All,
Asking on behalf of my friend, he applied her Mrs visa through a solicitor last time but this time he want to do himself, so he need help in filling application form. Visa type ( Family Route) 10years.
He started filling application form flr fp, selecting partner, but hes saying it's asking for English test requirement, his solicitor didn't ask for financial and English test requirements in last application,
He's applying as 2.5 years extension
I have attached screenshot, kindly help, which is the right form please.
