Family of Settled person VISA - Applying from outside UK

Hi

I have reached UK on 27/11/2006 on Work permit and later on moved into Tier 2 - ICT Long term and finally got ILR ( Settlement ) under Tier 2 ICT on 07/03/2015.

My wife has come to UK on 18/07/2013 under Tier 2 PBS dependent VISA which is due to expire on 06/06/2015.

We are blessed with a baby on 06/09/2014 in UK and I got Tier 2 PBS dependent VISA for the kid which is again due to expire on 06/06/2015.

I am planning to send over my wife and kid back to INDIA (my birth nation) in May'15 for a family function and bring them back again after applying Family of a settled person visa from INDIA.

1. Could you advise if this is correct or I need to again apply VISA as Tier 2 PBS dependent ?
2. If I can apply family of settled person for them, Am I right to choose Reason for Visit and Visa Type as settlement and Visa Sub Type as Wife / Child or other dependent of settled person while filling in the online application form ?
3. If I need to apply Tier 2 PBS dependent visa, Please advise what need to chosen under Reason for Visit, Visa Type and sub Visa Type?
