EU family Settlment

Hi,
Please i applied for a EU family settlement in February, I recieved my BRP letter for Biometric verification but my middle name was spelt wrongly. I sent an email about a month ago but there is no reply and i have not received any letter. Im confused please i need to know how long it will take for them
to send a new letter and if there is any alternative . Thank you
