family visas

Post by dgware » Mon May 04, 2009 9:38 pm

I am a british citizen but have been living overseas all my life. I am now in the UK and want my wife and two children to join me here. They are NOT British citizens.

What do I have to do for them to get them here. One of my kids is 18, the other 14.

What forms do i need? How much do i have to make in a job? What document do I need and where they have to be filed.

Thank you all for your help.

Your wife may apply for a spouse visa.

Child under 18 may apply for a child settlement visa.
More difficult for child aged 18 or over.
