Dear My mother is living in pakistan
she has 1.5 millions rupes in her account
she own one home as well where she is living and two portions are rented. first floor and 2nd floor.
is it possible she can apply for family visit visa for uk
me and my son all are british
when we did last visit to pakistan in last november 2011. she saw my son and now she wana see him again so is it possible if she can apply visit visa then she can get visa or not.
i have one sister in pakistan as well
my mother has three brothers and two sister all are living in same city
my questions is that is it easy for her to apply for visit visa for uk either 6 month or 12 month

I don't see any reason why she would not get visit Visa if she applies.
She can come and visit you , I guess they normally give Visit visa for 6 months and not 12.

but in uk i am not living in my own home i am partially taking benfits
house rent i am getting £ 151.54 after every 14 days and getting working and child tax credit as well
I know one landloard who can offer one double room for my mother where she can stay and she will pay rent as well
did i need to make contract on my mother name for share house so she can show that she is not depended on me and she will live in this room when she will stay in uk

For family visit visa, there are certain requirments that need to be fulfilled.

1. You have to establish the fact that the visitor will leave UK at the end of his stay and have no plans of staying here after his/her stay is over.

2. You have to prove the visitors strong connection with the home country.

3. The Visitor has to prove that he/she can afford the cost of travelling, staying, boarding, lodging, buying gifts etc.

If you are inviting your mother, you need to show your status and why you want to invite her. So a letter from yourside is required.

Yes you can get a furnished place for her and attach the documents that the rent etc is paid for the duration of her stay. This is not mandatory, however this will help in establishing a fact that the visitor is not going to be burdon on state.
