Family Visit Visa for Mother

Hi,

I am planning to apply for family visit visa for my mother. She has visited UK in the past on a family visitor visa at that time I was full time employed so I sent her my 6 salary slips and 6 months bank statements but now I am self employed. What documents do I need to send her now as I'll be sponsoring her stay here? Do I need to get salary slips from my accountant with them signing on it along with dividend vouchers? Or just 6 months bank statements are enough with a sponsorship letter. Also I am renting so I'll send her my tenancy agreement, do I need to get permission letter from my letting agency at all? And do I need a council or property management surveyor to say the flat I am living in is sufficient and will not over crowed when she'll come to UK?
