Family Visitor Question Regarding Spouce

Hi,

I want to invite my sister in law to visit UK as family vistior and i am british citizen. Situation is that my sister in law is married and have got 1 daugther age 1. But they are some conflicts going on between sister in law and her husband and they are going through divorce process.

Now as they are not sperated yet but in process which can take little while. So she is going to put spouce details as she is still married and didn't get divorce. she will attach her bank statements, other necessary document etc.

But she can't provide any documents related with her husband i.e bank statements, employment letter etc.

QUESTION IS: if she just put spouce details but didn't attach any related document of her husband then can her visa be refused. Is it complusry to provide documents related with spouce? or what minimum documents she can attach related with her husband so that her applicaion become successful.
