Family visitor

Post by vincool » Fri Nov 29, 2013 11:34 pm

Me and my wife are settled in the UK.We are applying for a visit visa for my wife's sister who is 21 years old and is currently a student in India. She has got a few months break from college (year out) and wants to spend 2-3 months with us.I am aware that UKBA will consider her a potential migrant.I also understand that I have to apply for a family visit visa
What are the documents I need to submit for this? What extra caution should I take in this particular case.
Any help and advice is much appreciated
Cheers

She will need to convince the Entry clearance officer that she is a genuine visitor. See also documents.
