Father's visit visa refused need help

HI All. We have a stressful situation where my father visit visa to uk is refused along with my younger sister age 16 and younger brother age 17. My father visited uk with same sister and brother 7 years ago and went back to Pakistan in time. Below are the documents we provided this time with the application.

My dad 6 months bank statements with ending balance of £15k. there is no big transaction so balance gradually build up from past 2 years
Land documents, property documents, rental agreements in Pakistan
Holiday letter from school confirming 6 weeks holidays


I sponsored my dad financially so i provided
1. My 6 months bank statements
2. My employment letter
3. My p60

My cousin sponsored them for accommodation, and ECO did mention in refusal that he is satisfied with the sponsors.

Refusal :

1. Not satisfied that you will return to Pakistan after 6 weeks of holidays
2. You mention that your monthly income is £431 , how come you have balance of £15k

Since we have wasted 1100 pounds on these 3 applications, we are now thinking to apply for 6 months visit visa.

Please suggest should we write a covering letter to ECO which will discuss their rubbish refusals and reasoning.

Eco also said i do admit that you have provided holiday letter from school, however i am surprised why would you take your kids to UK for 6 weeks,

Regarding my sister and brother visa, ECO wrote because your father's visa is refused, i do not see any point in you travelling to UK.

We however did mention in application form that my mother will be travelling to UK with them. My mother already had 2 years of visit visa, we applied her visa few months back alone and she got it. but ECO was so blind that he didnt see that we told them in the application about mother's travel with kids

Hi,

I am no expert but my parents' visit visa applications were turned down last month on same grounds.

- No satisfactory documentary evidence of proof of income
- No strong financial and social ties with Pakistan.

They refused my mother's visa by saying that since your husband visa has been refused so no point for you travelling on your own.

I've re-applied their visit visa last week with more documentary evidences to prove financial and economical ties with Pakistan.

Did you get any confirmation email from embassy or just the one from Gerry's/VFS that passport is ready for collection?

Hello Dear,

it's really sad to hear about your family visit visa refusal. I applied for my mother 18 days ago. By the Grace of God, it was approved and received yesterday. She applied for 5 year multiple family visit. My mother is a full time house wife. We submitted following documents to the Gerry's:

Online Visa Application Form
Mum and Dad's Joint bank accounts
My dad property documents
evidence of Rental incomes of my Dad
Sponsorship letter from us (Two brothers) (Self Employed and showed around £50 k closing balance jointly)
My last 5 year SA302 showing tax calculations and my brothers SA302 as well
A letter from my Accountant confirming my monthly income from my business
My brother's House Survey report (Where she'll be staying)
My brother's House Registry Copy
Copies of our Passports (One British and One Pakistani alongwith my Visa Card copy)

would it be possible you could email me the sponsorship letter you used so I can use it as a template? also the property papers you provided of your farther were they translated to english? also who did the house survey report?
