Features of HSMP Visa

Dear HSMP Gurus,

I have got HSMP visa, and I was just wondering if we can compile various features of HSMP visa in a single thread.

I would like to know more about things like geographical coverage of visa (only UK or Visit to other EU contries), anything specific on pension, Insurance, other benefits, any other specific features that one has come across.

Do share your valuable knowledge and experience.
