Hi all.
I have submitted the long residence application and selected the super priority service and realised that it was taking the less payment on security code authorisation window and cancelled the transaction.
It still says the application is successful and can see the pending transaction on my account. We thought it take payment for priority service not super priority service as something went wrong technically.
I have spoken with a solicitor, he said I can’t make any changes to that application and need to make a
New application. We have made a new application and this time everything went well and we have booked an appointment with UKVCAS service.
Could someone help me with how to get the refund for the error application ? I am not sure whom to contact ? I have searched for the contact phone number or email address but none of them are helpful.
Also does it make any impact on my fresh application process as they can see two applications on my account and not sure which one they consider. I don’t want to get this process delayed and that is the reason I wanted to go for super priority service.
