Few questions:

1.
I want to apply for tier 1.
I understand we need to give our final degree as proof of education
do they return the degree or keep it.
can we give final year marksheet too?

2.
Is earning to be claculated before tax etx or after it.


3.
Can medical,LTA can be claimed part of salary.

4. is there any thread for document checklist.
(searched for it but couldn't come with good one)

1. Yes as of current rules if you have a Masters / PHD Degree if you do not have a degree you have to provide a letter from Uni confirming your details and date of the award as well as original transcripts and the instituion confirming that they cannot issue a replacement certificate.

They will return your degree after the decision.


2. Earning is calculated before Tax or any deductions.

3. Not sure wait for seniors to respond.
