Fiancé Visa

Post by aminehmoh » Wed Jun 16, 2010 1:39 pm

My Fiancé is Indian, and i am English. He was living in England for 5 years and his student visa expired in October 2009.

We met in November 2007 and have proof we have been dating and been together since then.

In March 2008, he proposed to me and i have proof of this too.

We applied for what we thought a fiance visa in November 2009 and this got rejected. This is because our solicitor ripped us off and took our money from us with no advice.

I visited India in May 2010 and we applied for a proper Fiance Visa and so waiting for this now.

We supplied:

12 of my pay Slips (years worth)
12 bank statments
P60
Letters from my Employment stating i am in perm employment.

I also took letters from my mum, other family members, and his family also.

We supplied his passport details, mine too. House details also.

We also supplied details of his past immigration letters. and education certificates we gave them invoices where we stayed when we have been away.

I am just hoping that because we are so genuine we will get it - has many of you been successful in finance visa?

Please help!!

What is your question?

If you're asking if many people on this forum got a fiance visa, then the answer is yes.

I was asking if the finance visa is successful with British Citizens marrying Indians?

Thanks
