fiance is now husband, how much does the next bit cost?

my husband came into the uk on a fiance visa. now we're married we need to do the next bit. but where is the fee list? because the home office says the price went up but their fee list is confusing me and i keep seeing 500 quid - is it really 500 quid?????????? seriously???

Yes it is GBP 500 if you turn up at a PEO office - you need to make an appoitment though.

Postal applications are about GBP 335 - I think.

Check on the www.homeoffice.gov.uk and use the IND section/link

Hi Sourpuss, your husband needs to complete a form FLR(M). Download one here :-

Form FLR(M)

As you will see from that, the fee, as said by Chess, is £335 by post or £500 in person at a PEO. If you have a previous version of the FLR(M), well destroy it.

By the way, congratulations on the marriage.
