Hi,
After a successful fiance visa application at the end of last year, my US citizen partner and I (UK citizen) are now married.
We have done the application FLR M, and whilst I meet the financial threshold through self employment, we have a hit a worrying snag.
I had an accountant draw up my accounts for the fiance visa and as we are using the same full financial year I didn't see there being an issue. But the checklist for this visa clearly states I need to include audited accounts. I do not have audited accounts as a sole trader, I have unaudited with certification from the accountant that it was drawn up by them etc. Is this just an issue with the checklist or are we going to be denied?
On the fiance visa it asked for audited, or unaudited with the accountants certificate. But this one just asks for audited.
Please help! Anyone else faced this issue?
Thanks in advance!
