fiance visa: dates on documents???

Hi,

my fiancee is going to submit our fiance visa application at the end of this month. I completed the application in the beginning of december, the cover letter is dated at the beginning december and the accomodation report is from the end of november. Will these dates be ok if she applied at the end of this month, it wont cause a problem if these documents are dated in december? the reason why we waited and are going to send the applcation at the end of the month was because i was waiting for some bank statments and slips and also the renewal of my tenanacy agreement etc as in decemeber i only had 1 month left on it and i couldnt send one with that so had to wait till they renewed it for another year.

is it ok if the letters from my employers stating that i do work for them are dated from now even though the other documents are dated in december??

Happy 2010 to you too. Docs up to 3 months old should be ok, I guess, as they usually ask for the bank statements up to 3 months fresh. Why don't you re-write your application form and covering letter and date them with newer date? The accommodation report should be ok, the circumstances wouldn't change that fast and 2-3 months are ok.

I don't have specific reference, but IMHO that is so.

basically the cover letter was typed by a solicitor and its been stamped by them so cant retype it. i haven't dated the application form yet but do u suggest that i put the same date on the application as the cover letter?? will it matter if the dates are different??
