fiance visa

Hi...some advice please..
so my fiance was living here illegally and then was sent back to Afghanistan.
he since moved to Pakistan and we decided to get married there,however due to circumstances that is now not possible. And have just been told that i can call him over for 3months on a fiance visa..? Its been over a year now since hes gone back. Is this possible?

Fiance visa is for 6 months and provided you meet the financial criteria etc, and no fraud/deception has taken place you'll be fine.

..what evidence will ukba want to see that it is a genuine relationship
