Fiance visa.

Post by Tr@cker » Thu Aug 13, 2009 5:19 am

I may be going to see my Chinese girlfriend in October, this will be the first meeting.

If all goes well how do i apply for a fiance visa for her to come to the UK and live with me ?

I know there are visitor, fiance and marriage visa but dont anything about the detail of these only that the whole thing is no cakewalk.

Which would be the quickest and least expensive way of going about all this ?

An application for a visa leading to settlement made on the basis of one meeting is unlikely to succeed. Best give it more time and a few more visits.

I agree with Mr Rusty. Are you both over the age of 21?
