She can certainly enter the UK at Birmingham airport. Indeed if she does so she will find the experience of getting through "passport control" a lot more agreeable than at Heathrow airport.

The procedure? The fiancée visa has security details incorporated into it. Those will be read to ensure that it is genuine, that is, not only does the visa exist in the passport but also in the computer system. She might also be asked a couple of questions, such as "When do you plan to get married?", but in total she should find the whole experience getting through "passport control" will only take two or three minutes at most. Nothing to worry about at all.

It is theoretically possible she might be sent for a medical but at Birmingham airport that is incredibly rare. The main reason is that there is no proper medical facility at Birmingham airport or a doctor permanently there, so one would need to be called in. In practice that happens very rarely.

vankleefe, just one further thought. Are you going to the airport to pick her up? If so, if there is a query your fiancee should mention that to the immigration officer, then they can call you over the loudspeaker system.
