Fiancee Visa

hi All

I been coming to UK since 1999 and since 2004 i been coming to UK every month for business purpose never overstayed or violated any immigration rule...

I am gona get married to a British citizen in coming months inshallah... I can apply fiancee visa back home come here and get married and apply spouse visa..

My Question do i need to hire a immigration lawyer for the procedure to be take care ?

if No what are the document require for fiancee Visa ? if someone can tell me step by step it would great
