Filling AN need help please.

Post by Royan33 » Fri Jun 20, 2014 8:55 pm

Ok guys, I need some help please!

I am filling the AN form and got stuck at one point. I am from EEA and I got my PR card on 28/12/2012 based on 5 years continuous employment. After getting my PR card in december I continued to work till March 2013 then I became a housewife and only my husband worked/still working.

In the form at 2.4 it says that: Please state on what basis you were in the United Kingdom for the last 6 years.

So I exercised treaty rights for 5 years this is why I applied and successfully got my PR card but how can I cover the last year? I am a housewife since March 2013 with no income  (I do not get government benefit of any kind, never did) so our income comes only from my husband's employment.
What should I write in the section 2.4? :?: :?:

Thank you!

Check the guidance for the form. You may not need to fill this. After you got your PR you just need to be here - and be able to prove it.

It says that:

2.4 – 2.6 If you are a national of a member state of the EEA, or the family member of an
EEA national, and do not have indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom
you should complete these sections. Please refer to section 6 of the Booklet AN for
further guidance.

So I DO NOT need to fill this section. Thank you very much! I was worrying so much about this last year.....
