Hi,

Do people fill out forms online and send their applications? I noticed it mentions that 'please complete this page in block capitals and black ink after reading the payment guidance.

If you got the means to do it (fill online), sure you can.

Does it have to be a signature scanned in and copy and pasted into the signature section or just print your name by typing in it?

It mentions on the guidance notes that you require to complete the form with a black pen in block capitals so i guess online typing is out the window then?

Sign with hand, after duly filling the form and printing.
