Filling in settlement form online

Hi,

I am filling in my spouse settlement application form online. I am currently in the UK but going to India in November for marriage.
Though we are not married yet, but while filling in the form can we say we are married now.

I am filling in the form so that we can have an appointment before I reach India.

Can anyone help plz if we can write we are married now while submission of applications but we will be married when we actually go to the visa application centre on the date of appointment.
